We regularly conduct mission flights, such as:
If you have any further questions related to our mission flights, please contact us at aviation@hfamhaiti.org.
Russ Beaurivage, HFAM Head Pilot
If you have aviation needs we may be able to assist with, please review the Aviation Ministry Information document, and then submit a Flight Request using the web form below.
(Please note that completing the Flight Request does not mean you have scheduled a flight. We will be in contact with you to confirm our availability for your requested flight date and time).
We are a non-profit organization not a commercial airline, and therefore we do not charge airfare for our mission flights and our pilots are not financially compensated for their services.
Instead, we ask that you consider making a donation to our organization, if it is financially feasible for you to do so, after flying with us. This allows us to reserve the funds from our regular donor base to operate our humanitarian and medi-vac flights at no cost, and to service others who may otherwise not have access to aviation services.
For reference, the current operating cost for 1-hour of flight time is $360 USD (including fuel, aircraft maintenance, etc).
We will always prioritize our emergency medi-vac flights over our scheduled mission flights. If you book a flight with us, please be advised that your scheduled flight time is subject to change if we receive an urgent call for help at the same time. In this case, we will be in touch with you to reschedule your flight for the soonest possible flight time. We appreciate your understanding in this.
Once your requested flight has been confirmed, each passenger will be asked to complete and submit a Waiver prior to the scheduled flight time. We will advise at that time which aircraft you will be flying in, and therefore which Waiver you will be required to fill out below.
